Job Description:

  • Works with product development, product management, and other teams to learn the software products and develop high-quality documentation for a targeted audience
  • Works under the supervision of senior technical writers to produce content for multiple deliverables, including online help, system messages, release notes, and administrator support
  • Works as an integral part of the product team and manages multiple projects simultaneously


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical communication, English, journalism, information design, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and attention to detail
  • Able to manage priorities and interact across all levels within the development organization
  • Familiarity with XML authoring tools or HTML tags
  • Familiarity with DITA or other structured writing methodology
  • Familiarity with traditional and Agile software development life cycles
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications and software-as-a-service (SaaS) is a plus
