For our first regular meeting of 2019, we’re thrilled to welcome Debra Brinson!
Debra will share a success story of a small team using Agile processes to successfully overhaul a Help system for complex genetic sequencing software in just over six months. The approach uses 3 weekly sprints that overlap, so that every week each writer is actively writing, peer-reviewing, and editing content. Attend this session to learn how an Agile writing process can help boost collaboration among information developers; decrease the time spent with SMEs; and optimize content development. Debra will explain her process and describe the outcomes, including compelling reasons for working as a team to create component-based content that delights both customers and internal users.
We are streaming this meeting! Join us virtually via Facebook Live at https://www.facebook.com/norcalstc/, or watch the recording afterwards. We’ll link it in this post.
About Debra Brinson
