Jack Molisani, Pamela Paterson, and Sara Feldman will discuss how to increase your chances of getting an interview, despite the dreaded applicant tracking system (ATS), which is designed to weed you out!

Jack will highlight how to work your network to get personal introductions and more interviews. Pamela will share her tips for how to increase your chances of getting past the ATS. Sara will share her story of getting her last 3 jobs entirely due to activity on LinkedIn without applying to job listings at all.
